The Finance Club hosted “Financing Development in an Age of Austerity: OPIC, the Arab Spring, and the Future of Development Assistance” featuring John Morton (SAIS/Wharton ’02) VP of Investment Policy at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) last week. The Roundtable discussion covered topics ranging from the role of development finance to OPIC’s operations in the context of curent American foreign policy. A special thanks you to Finance Club Treasurer Alex Bruce ’12 for bringing Mr. Morton to campus.
